We use 5 or 7 seater Toyota Land Cruisers.  These are well-maintained 4×4 vehicles with pop-up roof so that clients can stand to observe wildlife but remain sheltered.  These are customized safari vehicles, designed for safety, comfort, and 360-degree viewing.
